Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Identifies and articulates key investment opportunities. Analyzes the development of sales, retention, and marketing initiatives that support a specific region- ultimately driving revenue and generating business with new and existing clients.


  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualified leads, offer participation in current projects and maintain accurate records of sales activities.


  • Take an entrepreneurial approach by prospecting for leads, setting own appointments, generating referrals, and building your pipeline.


  • Supports in closing deals in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives.


  • Assists Partners in conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the investors to understand their needs and link them to the right offering.


  • Engage clients in a timely and rapid response to any significant market events


  • Attend selective national and regional partnership conferences, due diligence meetings and industry events.




Qualifications



  • Proven sales track record






  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across and at all levels within an organization


  • Fluent English required. Spanish & German Desired


  • Desired that candidates have knowledge of investment products; financial markets and competitive landscape; product performance and investment management philosophy, manager search and selection and knowledge of the intermediary wealth management marketplace
