As a member of our team, your responsibilities will combine your skill sets in business-to-business sales, as well as marketing consulting. Marketing Sales Reps will utilize their business experience and solutions knowledge, as well as consultative selling skills to grow and strengthen sales activity for a local business community of service professionals. You will work with your customers to energize and build your client base via telephone, in-person, online tutorials, and training programs.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Help our company meet or exceed sales, revenue, client engagement and client retention goals
Establish and nurture relationships with your client base ~ this is the basis for our company’s success
Serve as a consultant with your client base with an overall objective of educating and guiding them to be able to better monetize their marketing efforts and investments
Perform general assessments with your client base and potential clients to help them determine marketing strategies that will ultimately guide them to become more profitable

Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously without compromising quality or attentiveness to their overall client experience

Previous sales experience preferred – inside or outside
Relevant B2B experience
Degree in business, marketing, advertising, public relations, or entrepreneurialism preferred
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Desire to work somewhat independently, yet be part of an active, contributing team
Outstanding communication skills starting with being a great listener
Confident and professional telephone and in-person communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple goals and actions at once without losing focus or quality
Skilled with using Microsoft WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Slides
Experience using a CRM helpful, but not required
Energetic; exhibit a fun-loving, professional, “can-do” attitude and team spirit
The expansion of our company’s tools and services has led us to the need to add additional talent to our team. We are seeking two (2) Marketing Sales Reps to work within the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area. No overnight travel is required. Our Marketing Sales Reps will work from a home office and will be part of regular team meetings in and away from the “office.” The compensation structure is competitive and includes some residual income for sales of some of our services.
