We are seeking a qualified Sourcing Specialist/Admin u00a0to work at our corporate office in Englewood, CO.u00a0We look for individuals who are driven, competitive, passionate, people focused and willing to do what it takes to accomplishu00a0a goal.u00a0The Sourcing Specialist/Admin position is responsible for administrative duties as well as providing support to our recruiters at Softec Solutions in a fast-paced environment.u00a0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to): Front office functions: Answering and directing phone calls, greeting candidates/visitors, ordering and maintaining office supplies, read and route incoming mail/email appropriately; mailing packages, copying, faxing, filing, word processing, and data entry Keep office and common areas clean, organized and presentable Review and post job descriptions Source and qualify technical talent, present to Sr. Recruiters and schedule in person interviews Conduct Drug Screens and Background Checks Organize and file paperwork u2013 offer letters, I-9, W-4, E-Verify, etc. Candidate Entry in to applicant tracking system Reconfirm next day interviews Aid/Assist in reference check calls and requests Complete employment verification requests Answers routine employee inquiries, and refers complex questions to appropriate staff members Liaison to accounting team Timesheet collection and verification; routing timesheets to the accounting team Prepare Weekly Reports MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.u00a0 Maintain outstanding customer service skills; professional image Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite u2013 Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Must be a resourceful problem solver, take initiative and multi-task oriented Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be highly organized and detail oriented Requires basic interpersonal skills to work harmoniously with others Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employee matters and company in general Softec Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
