This individual - both a strategist and a team leader - will set the tone for how the Swisslog Healthcare brand is conveyed across physical and digital properties, including but not limited to the company logo, the visual identity, web properties, and collateral. This position will set the tone for branding efforts not just in North America but for our other regions in EMEA and Asia Pacific as well.
A key member of the companys North American Marketing and Solutions Management leadership team, this individual will manage a team of marketing professionals that are both creative, productive and laser-focused on business results. You will lead the planning and execution of strategic and tactical marketing programs to drive brand and product awareness, customer acquisition and retention. This team serves a critical function empowering Solutions Management, delivering results for Sales and Sales Leadership, while supporting other areas of the North American organization.
If interested, you should also have experience executing brand consistency across all marketing touch points and have experience directing teams to successfully use tools like email, marketing automation and content management systems to scale programs. To be successful you must demonstrate a passion for marketing innovation, team building and brand building.

Provide forward thinking creative leadership by inspiring creative collaboration across the organization, especially Solutions Management, Sales, and Operations.
Effectively translate branding and marketing strategies for a wide range of products, verticals, events, and brand initiatives in collaboration with Solutions Management
Develop innovative concepts, implementing strategic positioning and messaging in all communications while keeping with project scope; business requirements, timelines and budgets
Challenge the industry status quo to deliver outstanding work from web engagements, digital programs, advertising, internal and external presentations
Oversee the marketing department, leading and developing a team of functional marketing experts
Develop innovative programs collaborating with the Solutions Management team to deliver results-oriented campaigns focusing on digital, brand, PR, product, content and event marketing
Support global marketing strategies through regular communications with the regional Marketing Managers. Work with global market leaders to create and execute in-market presence and campaigns. Develop excellent working relationships with counterparts from global offices.
Lead the creation of targeted, relevant customer journey engagement strategies, driving brand and product awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and advocacy
Advocate for marketing best practices, innovation and success metrics and test strategies across the organizationYour Profile
Marketing professional with 10 years experience with a solid understanding of the digital space, marketing automation, content marketing, lead/demand/revenue generation, SEO/SEM and social media best practices used to build a community of engaged customers and prospects
Experience leading a team of marketers
