Manager, Internal Communications, Sales Excellence
The Manager for Sales Excellence Communications will be responsible for leading and organizing timely and relevant sales communications initiatives from Sales Excellence to the global sales organization. This role will collaborate with the Sales Excellence team to fully understand the sales perspective and how to use communications to raise awareness of key initiative or drive usage of tools. This individual will be required to partner and integrate seamlessly with the full Global Sales Excellence team to lead efforts that integrate programs, process and communications to drive desired sales behaviors.
•Create the strategy and plans to drive awareness of Sales Excellence tools that effectively communicate the value for sales to drive adoption of tools.
•Lead and coordinate the deliverables associated with Sales Excellence communications as related to Salesforce releases, awareness campaigns, and general adoption of tools.
•Build and maintain a robust communications platform to communicate programs, tools, and information available through the Sales Excellence and corporate channels (Email, Salesforce banners, internal campaigns, executive communications, theHUB).
•Lead and coordinate with the regional communications teams as needed on regionally targeted Sales Excellence communications.
•Continuously assess what is working or not and make adjustments to programs to ensure communications remain effective.
•Contribute to the annual Sales Leadership Meeting design and execution; acts as the business content manager for the meeting working with plenary speakers and producers on content and coordination.
•Manage the Salesforce.com communications process to include key messages from the end user perspective to show value and drive usage.
•Identify and manage vendors to deliver various requested deliverables.
•Manage the Sales Excellence communications budget.
All About You:
•Communications & project management experience
•Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize
•Experience with sales change management communications or marketing communications
•Excellent oral communication, presentation, interpersonal, writing and editing skills.
•Ability to interact with management at all levels
•Be able to coordinate multiple SMEs with additional expertise in create effective messaging communications
•Be able to quickly engage and work effectively with multiple, varied external partners (vendors)
•Communications Bachelor Degree Required, Post Graduate degree preferred
