We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will help us serve the needs of our internal clients. This position is responsible for executing on multiple client projects. This includes all activities across the range of client services from project coordination through creative execution.
You will be part of a team serving internal clients across the global Pearson community and will report to the Senior Account Manager to help to ensure a high standard of client services.

Responsible for executing on the high-quality delivery of project activities for “internal” accounts, based on a deep understanding of the business and clients.
Ensure that all campaigns, programs and projects are being delivered on a day to day basis according to expectations
Build strong relationships with clients by acting as a trusted advisor on execution
Support in the development of proposals and statements of work in collaboration with your team members
Help to realize strategic and measurable campaigns, programs and support to produce results and monitor quality, timeliness and cost efficiency
Bring innovation and best practices to the work for clients—knowledge sharing from inside and outside Pearson
Provide hands on insights during strategy, ideation and campaign execution and meet with internal teams (clients) on a regular basis to aid review campaign progress and performance
Learn and give feedback from past campaign/project results to help uncover opportunities for improvement
Execute on creative briefs in an exceptional way
Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account
Aid in analyzing marketing trends and predictions and researching market conditions to develop marketing strategies
Confident self-starter and problem-solver with strong leadership skills
Collaborative, thoughtful, energetic team player
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
Ability and strong desire to interact with clients on a daily basis
Great client management and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, education or PR preferred
Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
Ability to have fun, positive energy and a sense of humor are a must! An affinity for snacks is an added bonus.
1-2 years' related experience preferred
