This position will strategically target channel partners & other market influencers to generate and grow new business. With a strong knowledge of business and market sense, this role successfully manages an assigned territory and reports on related marketing activities. Responsibilitiesu00a0 Identify, target, recruit, and develop key channel partners and prioritize based on opportunity and alignment with the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. value proposition and partneru2019s market position Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly goals for qualified leads, partner events, trainingu00a0and meetings, ensuringu00a0there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy Ensure channel strength byu00a0providing training on **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. technology and business solutions Develop a territory-specific sales strategy centered on the definition of the key partner and a related sales approach for successful selling Initiate action by finding creative methods to establish and maintain partner engagement u2013 qualified leads per month, unique quarterly joint events, prospect meetings, sales incentives and SPIFFS Manage and evolve the partner base within assigned geography to maximize leads, meetings and subsequent sales revenue ramp u2013 prioritize time and resource to maximize ROI Collaborate with field sales to drive territory business development through partners in targeted areas Manage a portfolio of direct partners (standard and premier), master agent subs, vendor partner contacts, and referral networks to maximize lead generation and new sold revenue in territory Execute the regional marketing plan in partnership with the direct sales teams Requirementsu00a0 Superior interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners Proven success in developing new business and generating leads Demonstrated ability in problem solving, crafting a win-win solution (collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a timely basis) and negotiation Demonstrated intermediate skills with CRM, spreadsheet software and/or proprietary software Excellent presentation skills before both small and large groups A demonstrable interest in and awareness of industry trends and best sales practices Strong self-directed organizational skills to organize time effectively on daily and weekly basis Demonstrated ability to execute on a plan and drive results Valid driveru2019s license and the ability to travel overnight (25%) Bacheloru2019s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field 2 to 3 years of successful outside sales experience selling value-added, whole solutions BENEFITS TO WORKING FOR **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. u00a0We place an extremely high value on learning and staying agile in the technology arena.
