The Marketing Brand Promotion & Communications Manager will focus on the role of leading all brand and promotion and communication efforts. The individual will be responsible to assess, design, and develop short and long term brand plans including strategies and tactics related to the BI poultry brand portfolio. The individual will be tasked to continuously improve the marketing promotions and communications capabilities for the commercial team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the strategic development, implementation and execution of brand promotion and communication plans that optimize brand performance on time and within budget.
Collaborates and coordinates closely with the sales management, technical managers, and the agency.
Leads all internal and external communications for the BI poultry marketing team that involve brands, brand collateral, public relations, corporate campaigns/platforms, and digital media.
Specific areas of focus include brand communication strategy, analytics, and overall execution of brand tactics as a part of an overall brand plan strategy.
To provide high level analysis of potential marketing communication metrics to evaluate campaign ROI and insight into brand life cycle.
Supports the Director of Marketing to manage the relationship with the advertising agency of record. Duties include overall brand communication oversight, direction and budgeting.
Initiates and manages the process as it pertains to the review and approval of all marketing pieces for legal and regulatory approval.
To have close liaison with the field force to adopt customer's perspectives in order to anticipate their expectations allowing development and evaluation of solutions accordingly
Minimum of 5 years B2B or B2C marketing and communication experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or MBA preferred
Exhibit strong written & verbal communication skills along with excellent presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated organization, planning & project management skills along with solid decision making & negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work on multiple projects & prioritize effectively.
Demonstrates strategic thinking, initiative, and creativity and proven track record for innovation.
Show agility with a proven ability to develop and evolve strategic & tactical elements based on research data & industry trends.
Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
