Provide communication

strategy, leadership and support for Worldwide Sales, as well as internal

communication to enable the success of the Field Sales employees and

broader Sales organization.Align employees and help them

understand goals, programs, processes, and organizational elements to

enable them to do their jobs well and understand what is happening within

their business and the broader organizationConsult with stakeholders to

align goals and messages by working alongside executives, leaders, and

employees Lead operations, writing,

editing, and distribution of content across diverse channels including

intranet, email, newsletters, social media, recruitment sites, live

events, digital signage, etc.Identify key

messages and craft materials that effectively convey the appropriate

information to a diverse and global audience.Participate in corporate

M&A team representing Sales and owning the associated Sales

communication Build comprehensive project

plans, including change management strategy and execution, to implement

new or enhanced programs and projectsBuild and execute

communication plans as needed for programs and projectsDevelop and drive internal

communications strategy and planning. Continually seek out and learn about

best practices to make a positive impact on the direction of

communications within Xilinx.','!*!10 years of

employee communications experience in a multinational organization of at

least 400 global employees. Four-year

degree. BA in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing

preferred.Ability to

build communications strategies and play an active role executing them.Demonstrated

employee communications expertise and strong business leadership skills.Must be

confident, highly motivated, and passionate about making a difference.Creative

thinker and strong

decision maker.Strong knowledge of digital

communications and social media platforms.Proven ability

to build relationships across a diverse, global organization and with

executives, fostering trust and credibility (executive communication

experience preferred).Passionate

about testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results.Excellent

verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to turn complex

ideas into stories easily understood by a broad audience.Strong

organizational, interpersonal and project management skillsExceptional ‘storytelling’

abilities and the ability to tailor and deliver messages to diverse

audiencesExperience building and

executing change management strategy
