Position Summary: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Portfolio Marketing, this position will partner with the Brand Strategy team to ensure smart and engaging brand processes, assets and communications are created, produced and distributed to field teams. The Marketing Project Manager will manage complex projects with excellent Project Management skills. This role will work from inception/concept/request through execution, driving projects to completion and meeting business expectations of quality, estimated turnaround time and costs. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of large scale, sometimes complex marketing programs that provide an impact and benefit across GGP’s portfolio of malls Strictly and diligently manage marketing program budgets Deliver flawlessly executed marketing activations on time and on budget Leverage Project Management methodology and platforms to create and manage workflows, publish comprehensive schedules, assign tasks, and set interim milestone meetings Assemble and manage cross-functional work teams and foster close partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Creative, Leasing, Asset Management, Field teams and agency partners Clearly and actively communicate requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle Ensure cross- functional alignment milestones and timelines for brief development and project kickoffs are met Ensure timely execution of all project assets to meet launch dates, and sees through analytics and hind-sighting post campaign launch Manage day-to- day tasks of program planning and execution Proactively monitor progress to achieve deadlines and results Communicate strategic milestones and brief due dates to key work partners; ensure information is available and complete Populate agendas for planning, kick-off and review meetings Track schedules, updates reports and communicates program status to key stakeholders through weekly status meetings Route creative to marketing partners and ensure feedback is clear, actionable and received on time Track delivery, development, QA and live dates Identify program risks early on and provide mitigation strategies Monitor and advocate process; identify gaps/improvements to work more efficiently Demonstrate ownership/investment in the work; maintain clear understanding of business goals Strictly and diligently manage marketing program budgets Deliver flawlessly executed marketing activations on time and on budget Qualifications: 4 years’ experience in marketing project or program management Creative project management experience and/or agency experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or relate field required 3 years’ experience in digital marketing PMP Certification preferred  Core Skills and Characteristics: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment In-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing and ability to lead the development of creative assets and solutions Experience with key technology enablers, including, but not limited to Basecamp, MS Project, Airtable, WebDam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) Expert level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is critical Knowledge of HTML and CSS with an understanding of web site architecture and navigation a plus Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, including proficiency in copywriting and proofreading Ability to travel if needed and weekend and evening hours may be required Behavioral Characteristics: Intimate knowledge of people management skills, particularly influence management and conflict resolution Ability to understand, track, drill-down, and question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data Strong presentation skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities Ability to think critically, strategically and ‘out-of-the box’, and collaborate on developing end-to-end creative solutions Comfortable building partnerships and effectively establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients and vendors Experience interacting with different levels of management and leading cross-functional, cross-regional teams Ability to guide decision-making with strategic insight Ability to synthesize complex requirements into simple business practices GGP is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
