We are building a world class team at CMX with the goal to make a significant impact on the company's already rapid growth. We want to make sure we are both innovative and rigorous as we build out our Business intelligence team to lead CMX data strategy, reporting and self-service dashboards initiatives.

As the Senior Consultant, Data Operations, you play a critical role in CMX and CVS data governance and campaign management. You'll work with ad operations to manage campaign launch trackers and QA's, implementation of new technology partners on campaigns, and also investigate any potential data issues that may arise from QA's.

The Senior Consultant, Data Operations also works closely with the digital team, managing larger tagging projects and using site analytics to provide data-driven insights and new solutions. You innovate and thrive in an analytical and creative environment where collaboration, client service, and new analytics development initiatives are leveraged in a data-driven approach to our product & service offerings

The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge in project management, ad operations, and data governance. Experience within the digital marketing industry is a must. Experience within retail advertising or a media agency is a plus.


• Manage the campaign launch and QA process on paid media campaigns, including ownership of launch trackers and the implementation of new technology partners

• Manage documentation of key campaign details to ease cross-functional alignment across multiple teams

• Lead data governance efforts through the QA of media data files and running investigations to solve any irregularities that may arise

• Lead project management on new marketing site tagging efforts to expand site optimization and retargeting capabilities

• Assist in site analytics reporting and ad-hoc data pulls from Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics

• Assist in rollout of new product and technology offerings across campaign optimization and brand equity

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in digital marketing

• 2 years of experience in ad operations

• 2 years of experience in project management

• Experience with DoubleClick, Facebook Ad Analytics, or other media analytics tools

• Experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics, WebTrends, Localytics, or other site analytics tool

• Experience with Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LiveRamp, Axciom, or other audience management

• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or other cloud tagging solutions

• Understanding of the digital media landscape with a focus on retail media networks

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills, confident public speaking is a plus

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly

• High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task across numerous projects with many moving pieces


4-year undergraduate degree in marketing, analytics, communications, or computer science

Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
