In this role,you will provide account support and management across a range of clients. Theideal candidate is an excellent writer with proven client leadership skills anda strong media relations background. Ideally, the Senior Manager will have priorexperience leading day-to-day integrated communication activities at a PRagency. Responsibilities: Manage the execution of integrated (earned &paid media, social\/digital content) client programs Manage internal teams and resources Lead proactive, strategic media outreach to arange of tier 1 and trade media Collaborate with senior internal agency staff todevelop strategy and ensure client deliverables are being met Provide daily, strategic counsel and expertiseto senior-level clients Secure speaking engagements and awards to meet avariety of client needs Ongoing and proactive monitoring, adjustment andanalysis of communication strategies and programs Understand unique client issues and quicklydevelop a framework for addressing challenges Ensure client strategy aligns with agency output Report project progress, assess new or emergingissues, and provide options for risk mitigation Oversee team monitoring issue development Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 6-8 years' experience in a tech- or corporate-focusedpublic relations role in a public relations, integrated, or interactive agency Proven expertise in combining traditional andonline communications strategies, including social media Experience providing\u00a0daily,\u00a0strategic counsel\u00a0and\u00a0expertiseto senior-level clients Ability to complete competing priorities in atimely and thorough fashion Experience working with creative and digitalteams Success in participating in the new businessprocess At least 2 years of experience managing andmentoring teams\u00a0 About Weber Shandwick Weber Shandwick is a leading global communications and engagementfirm in 80 cities across 34 countries, with a network extending to 128 citiesin 81 countries.
