u003cpu003eThe Digital Engagement Manager is a dynamic and ever-changing position that requires a broad range of digital design, front-end programming digital communication and management skills. The Digital Engagement Manager will effectively collaborate with agency partners, department management, cross-company business units and IT to strategize and execute website changes and digital campaigns for consumers, agents and customers.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eEssential Job Functionsu003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eCorporate Website and SEO strategy and execution:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003cpu003eDrive year over year organic traffic and lead growth. Help define and execute corporate website strategy and design, including site architecture, navigation, personalization and user interface. Manage corporate website development work, creative assets, site maintenance and analytics tracking. Work with SEO agency to execute the SEO technical strategy. Collaborate with internal and agency partners to ensure content is optimized for SEO.u003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eUtilize web content management system (CMS) to manage corporate website.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCreate CMS templates and components to support timely publishing of content in support of the annual content calendar.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDesign and develop semantic HTML5 and CSS3 responsive user interfaces and pages that work across multiple devices and are optimized for page speed.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEnsure proper page and campaign tracking is implemented to track the effectiveness of the SEO and Content Marketing strategy.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDesign, code, test, and deploy responsive HTML landing pages and corporate website pages.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCollaborates with IT to implements lead capture forms for various products and privacy preferences.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eWork with internal stakeholders (Product, Claims, Underwriting, HC, etc.) to update and maintain website content.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEstablish publishing workflows inside the CMS to support internal governance.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEnsure quality assurance and establish user acceptance testing across all browsers.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eSupport the implementation of Do Not Track, CCPA and Accessibility compliance.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003ePublish new SEO-optimized content to the corporate website blog pages.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResearch best practices, web development strategies, and technology to enhance Mercuryu0026rsquo;s digital environment and presence.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eWork with SEO agency to audit existing content and structure and execute organic SEO recommendations, such as optimized page titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, and alt tags.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eExecute recommended changes to website architecture and content linking.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eDigital Campaign Managementu003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003cpu003eExecute various campaigns that support department KPIs. Utilize landing pages, email and direct mail marketing automation that support multiple, and sometimes concurrent, digital advertising campaigns and sponsorship promotions focused on quote or form submission, quote retrieval and conversion. Make testing and workflow recommendations for improving the effectiveness of campaigns. and enhance brand awareness.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eManage the implementation of marketing automation technologyu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eOwn the full life-cycle of an email campaign from idea to testing, executing and optimization.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eProvide ad hoc reporting as required.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eManage subscriber lists and maintain database hygiene.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDevelop and execute integrated automation campaigns including segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEnsure CAN-SPAM email deliverability best practices compliance.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eIdentify, develop and execute cross-channel marketing opportunities.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eImplement responsive landing page coding (HTML, CSS, JQuery) and form integration with advanced processing rules.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCreate and manage automations (triggers) and drip campaigns to increase engagement rates and lifetime values of long-term and short-term campaigns.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEnsure all email coding is thoroughly tested across current devices, email clients and browsers.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eOversee Brand and Production Designu003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eEnsure digital marketing initiatives are brand-appropriate and working to elevate the brand.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCreate web graphics and digital assets consistent with the brandu0026rsquo;s image and guidelines.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCreate iconography as needed.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDesign and execute email marketing campaigns and templates.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003ePhotoshop Editing.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEdit and optimize images for web.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eRegular attendance at work on a full-time schedule of at least 8 hours and 40 hours per
