for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s chief executive officer (CEO).  

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, this role
will create a strategically aligned full-year program plan of all
internal/external events and speaking commitments as well as working in
partnership with our content strategist to help develop thought leadership
content to promote the CEO’s point of view. The role will support planning,
in-depth messaging, comprehensive briefing packages, support speeches and
written content for the CEO, as well as developing a voice within the context
of the banks overall brand, mission, values and strategic priorities.


This role will be highly visible and the ideal candidate will be
comfortable in a high-performing, fast-paced, confidential, high-pressure
environment and will have integrity and a commitment to quality along with
superb written and editorial skills.Responsibilities:


Manage high-profile executive and critical communications and
materials including: announcements, video scripts, speeches, talking points,
and thought leadership.Create full briefing materials for communications-focused trips
and eventsInnovate and collaborate with groups in Marketing &
Communications including events, social media/PR, sponsorships,
brand/advertising, and content strategy on strategic and creative projectsWork in partnership with the CEO’s chief of staff, content
strategist, and executive assistant to manage the CEO’s calendar related to
internal/external speaking opportunitiesWork with other members of the Executive Management Committee
and staff when appropriate

portion dedicated to executive counsel, speech writing, public relations, and
support.Experience within Financial Services preferred.Strong written communication skills and ability to distill and
convey information in a compelling manner; ability to adopt leader voice.Experience working with C-level executives and across a matrixed
organization.Flexibility to manage long-range plans and rapid turnaround
requests, as well as strategic work to detailed logistics Detail-oriented organizational and process management skills to
manage a wide range of incoming requests and responsibilities.Emotional intelligence and ability to establish strong and
trusting relationships.Strong business acumen; including experience in financial
