GENERAL SUMMARY: 

The Digital Marketing Specialist has experience and strong interest across the digital marketing landscape including social media, paid media, and content development. You will be responsible for supporting the footwear and accessories business on a day-to-day basis through a variety of programs that drive awareness, engagement, and business performance. Reports directly to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing.

 

REPORTS TO: Sr Manager Digital Marketing

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*

Support programming efforts across all digital marketing, organic social, and content development *

Coordinate creative production of ad hoc organic content needs for all digital touchpoints for the Camuto brands (Vince Camuto, Lucky Brand, Jessica Simpson, JLO JENNIFER LOPEZ, etc.), including organic and paid media, organic social, site content, email, etc. *

Liaise daily with third-party social partners on content schedules daily, asset sharing, and e-commerce messaging direction *

Support daily management and maintenance of Vince Camuto social communities across all channels in partnership with Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing Lead, as well as third-party social team to ensure branded content standards, messaging, timing, cadence, and engagement opportunities are managed in a timely manner (weekend/holiday management of social communities will be required) *

Monitor daily performance metrics across organic social and influencer marketing to measure effectiveness of programming and efficiency of platforms, allowing for adjustments in programming as-needed *

Collaborate with e-commerce and customer service teams to maintain elevated and timely customer service experience across social *

Coordinate product orders and production needs for content development for use across paid media and all social channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, etc. ongoingly *

Identify and develop unique content storytelling opportunities and research environments to capture unique content ongoingly

Support influencer marketing programming across-brands, inclusive of contracted/hired and gifted partners for daily support strategy, including scheduling, product ordering, invoicing, recaps, etc. *

Collaborate with influencer partners to secure usage rights for social content for brand platforms (organic social, site, email, advertising, etc.) *

Create and deliver campaign/program wrap reports and analytics on any/all programming for internal and external teams *

Support monthly invoicing and marketing budgeting process across all digital marketing efforts, ensuring all invoicing and payments are timely

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficient in all social media platforms and keen understanding of key KPI's and content opportunities (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) *

Knowledge of and experience in content creation and editing (photo, video, social-first content, etc.) examples will be required

Experience in influencer marketing campaign management and knowledge of current social media landscape and platform capabilities for influencers

Experienced in managing brand and shopping-focused content rooted in performance and ROI

Experience in managing affiliate-based influencer platforms such as rewardStyle, ShopStyle, Rakuten, Linktree, etc. *

Experience in social planning and analytics platforms such as SocialBakers, Planoly, Hootsuite, etc.

Direct knowledge of reporting platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

Strong time management and organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Creative outlook on brand initiatives, offering unique a perspective and strategic suggestions

Collaborative and able to work well with cross-functional teams *

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working cross-functionally and receiving ongoing constructive creative feedback

Solutions-oriented and self-motivated *

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

 

 

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years within PR/Brand Marketing & Retail/Social Media Management and Content Development

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in PR, Marketing, or Branding
