JazzHR is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to expand our team with the addition of a high-energy, organization-focused Enablement Specialist.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, you'll work collaboratively to equip all customer-facing employees with the ability to consistently have valuable conversations with the right stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.

As a critical component of the bridge between marketing, product, and sales, you'll be an expert on the JazzHR customer, what they need, and how we can help them be successful.

The ideal candidate is a 'doer' with a ferocious appetite for success who can think strategically and act tactically, loves a challenge, and is passionate about the details.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales Enablement – Enabling our customer-facing teams to communicate the value of our product through impactful training materials, sales collateral, and customer success stories

Marketing Enablement - Working collaboratively with the marketing team to design, test, and scale innovative marketing programs that drive product adoption, expansion, and retention

Storytelling - Developing demand-centric product positioning, value proposition, and messaging that differentiates our products in the market

Competitive & Market Intelligence – Generating insights on the market, competitors, industry trends, and buyer needs; Being an expert on our competition and how they are positioned

Data-Driven Analysis - Defining, tracking, and analyzing key metrics for resource/collateral adoption and utilization internally and externally to help optimize marketing efficiency and effectiveness

What You'll Bring

3 years of marketing or enablement experience with at least 1 year of experience in the B2B SaaS space

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or similar required

Experience with enablement software such as content management platforms

Experience training internal teams to align messaging and value propositions

Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and ability to thrive amidst cross-functional projects, aggressive deadlines, and consistent change

Exceptional written communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to manage expectations, opinions, and feedback from multiple stakeholders and on multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to crank out copy that resonates, excites, and ignites

Unrelenting curiosity, initiative, and resourcefulness
