\u003cp\u003eTelecare San Diego\u0026rsquo;s newest behavioral health program is a 24/7, non-law enforcement, Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crisis utilizing recovery principles. We will exist to respond to crisis with the goal of safety for all. Our community has recognized a need to respond to mental health crisis and those under the influence from a posture of compassion, patience, and recovery. This program collaborates and accepts referrals from the San Diego Access and Crisis Line (ACL) and law enforcement. San Diego\u0026rsquo;s MCRT will offer crisis triage and management, risk assessment, in-person intervention, and case management. Each team will respond to calls from the mobile office van to provide services directly in the field in the following San Diego Regions: Central, East, South, North Central and North Inland.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cp\u003eThe Community Relations Coordinator provides culturally competent, community-wide educational campaigns and trainings about the services offered, to be disseminated in multiple formats to County providers, law enforcement, community-based organizations, social services, and other relevant agencies and schools. Conducts demographic analyses across regions and identifies appropriate cultural and linguistic services providers. Engages in participatory research with community members. Acts as liaison between community members, local service providers and program staff. Develops relationships with key contacts within the County regions to ensure understanding of the program services and availability. Promotes awareness of cultural diversity and multiculturalism by identifying appropriate multicultural community stakeholder groups, then helps to build bridges of understanding between those groups and Telecare program.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eStrong customer service skills with public speaking/presentation experience\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eStrong computer and social media management skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Linked In, Facebook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.)\u003c/li\u003e
