Twilio is looking for an internal communications specialist to help strengthen and expand Twilio’s global internal communications channels and events. This person will be a key partner to internal stakeholders and help empower others to have an outsized impact on our employees.
The internal communications specialist role reports into Twilio’s Sr. Internal Communications Manager of Channels & Events, and sits on the Corporate Communications team.

2 years experience in a marketing, events or communications role with experience
coordinating or supporting in-person and/or virtual events.

Is knowledgeable about a range of internal communications platforms and cloud tools, such as Zoom, Slack; Slido, Keynote and Google Suite a plus.
What?
As internal communications specialist, you will:
Support the development and implementation of internal communications channels and help lead the internal communications content calendar.
Help coordinate and execute Company All Hands meetings, including presenter support, logistics management, and engaging support teams.
Partner with Sr. Internal Communications Manager to plan, write and deploy communications for a variety of channels, such as company all hands invitations, digital screen content, intranet content, etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Twilio’s employee experience, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), Real Estate & Workplace, and other teams on various programs to engage employees across the company.
Assist Sr. Internal Communications Manager to resolve ongoing communications needs of our internal stakeholders and develop strategies and plans to address those.
Analyze data and help develop programs to act on critical feedback and inspire change at Twilio.
