Outbound Demand Generation Marketing leader and head of Marketing Development Represent
atives
(MDRs) will work closely with the company’s Sales and Account Management leaders to design and implement a best-in-class outbound demand-generation programs, a robust new practice to pursue business opportunities for the company and the deliver them as a steady stream of qualified leads to the Sales team. This leader will be an active participant in and passionate student of the Advertising Technology (
adtech
) industry.

7-9 years of similar outbound demand generation work with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Hands-on experience building and maintaining
MarTech
stack including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), Analytics (Google), BI (Looker), Content Management (Path Factory), etc.
Experience managing content pipelines and SEO optimization A/B and multivariate testing of content and creative to optimize digital advertising, landing page, and email content for maximum conversion
rates
Experience in balancing high inbound/outbound call volumes
Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast paced, changing
environment
Willingness to engage, learn and challenge yourself outside of day-to-day
responsibilities
Strong presentation skills required, including the ability to sell multiple products &
pricing
Digital marketing knowledge (SEM, SEO, Email marketing, Web UX, partner marketing, retargeting, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Very strong understanding of marketing insights derived from attribution models, customer database mining, and other sources of customer insight, improve and maximize Salesforce
automation
Expertise with marketing automation platforms (
e.g.
Pardot, HubSpot,
Marketo
) used to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them into converted customers using dynamic
workflows
College degree (BA / BS) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
Ex
cellent communication/interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated; ambitious and
driven
Exposure to value-based
selling methodologies is a
plus
What will you do?
Leverage an intimate knowledge of, and hands-on experience with, account-based marketing techniques, and buyer journey optimization in the ad tech industry (buy-side) to create robust demand-generation programs for

businesses in Marketing, Monetization, Telco, Commerce, and others, as the company launches new
initiatives
Build a rigorous, data-driven outbound demand-generation practice -- including recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing Marketing Development Representatives (MDRs) -- that delivers a steady flow of qualified leads (starting with a full-time hire immediately)
Build on the company’s national account target list (NAL) and create a solution to streamline the process of researching and validating contact information for the right individuals in each account that fit

Assemble and optimize the company’s marketing and sales automation technology solution / “stack” for outbound demand-generation marketing to cost-efficiently educate, inspire, and enroll prospective clients in

Monitor, measure and optimize the program and

its elements and reporting on its performance weekly.
Candidates for this role must also be expert in:
