Kennedys is looking to recruit a Marketing and Business Development Assistant to join our Business development team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Marketing & BD Manager in Hong Kong, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the administration of the function and providing hands-on support on a range of global and local marketing and BD initiatives. The successful Marketing and Business Development Assistant will work closely with the fee earners in Hong Kong as well as the global Business Development team.

Kennedys Business Development team promotes Kennedys capabilities and supports the firm's global growth targets and our key clients and markets. We have a Business Development presence in eight offices around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and support the Business Development team in all aspect of project administrative and coordination work
Prepare and maintain mailing lists for events, publications and ad-hoc campaigns
Assist the team in organising and running of client seminars, conferences, trainings, client meetings, etc. (including on the ground logistics and Law Society CPD application when required)
Source and coordinate the production and distribution of corporate promotional items, maintain inventory list and vendor management
Maintain the content on intranet and website of Hong Kong office
Conduct market intelligence research and other ad hoc researches
Maintain the schedule of events, pursuits and publications for the team
Maintain inventory list of firm brochures and flyers
Arrange photo taking for new employees
Any other ad hoc tasks when required
Required experience
Degree holder in Marketing / Corporate Communication or business related disciplines with 2 years of marketing and BD experience (preferably in professional services sector)
Proficient in MS office with experience in using common marketing communications applications and platforms e.g. InterAction, Vuture, Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn and Instagram
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be a plus but not a must
Collaborative, hands-on approach, team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solver and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Enthusiastic, positive and proactive make it happened attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
