POSITION SUMMARY:
Working across the global PVH organization and its iconic brand portfolio that includes Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER, the Manager, Digital Communications Platforms, is a member of the Global Communications Team. This position will oversee the strategy for all communications platforms to engage and connect global associates and enable regional communications teams. The Manager, Digital Communications Platforms will be a go-to partner for communicators across the global organization and play an integral role in raising awareness, driving adoption, and increasing engagement across PVH internal and external communications platforms. This person will ensure best practices around platform capabilities and enhancements are communicated and leveraged effectively.
They will fully own the PVH communications content platforms (PVH.com, employee intranet and mobile app, and email publishing tool) and partner closely with the IT teams to ensure connectivity to the ecosystem of employee-facing technology available at PVH such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, WebEx and others.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Subject matter expert on all technical aspects of our content management systems and understand how to leverage data to create targeted, relevant messaging to key audiences
Lead project to analyze the associate-facing digital landscape and identify opportunities to streamline, and optimize usage of our owned platforms to maximize the digital reach of key messaging and information
Develop virtual events platform strategy for leadership town halls and other global associate engagement programs to advise communications teams and functional partners on best practices for available tools and platforms
Continually progress the product roadmap for all communications platforms and tools to drive adoption among both content-creators and end-users
Serve as main point of contact for platform vendors, including trouble-shooting support, platform updates and relationship and contract management and partner with PVH IT and HRIS teams as needed
Manage day-to-day requests for all PVH Communications platforms including PVH.com, PVH’s employee app, intranet and email publishing platforms
Establish governance strategy for content publishing and manage workflows to ensure timely approvals
Provide support, training and coaching on new ways to leverage platforms to communicate their strategic messages and/or drive engagement
Promote platform adoption through virtual or in-person events
Analyze metrics to measure and provide key insights to advise content strategies
Collaborate and work cross-functionally with the Internal Communications, Editorial and Technology Process Group teams to support the digital execution of global initiatives and associate engagement campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
5 + years of communications technology, product management or related experience
Experience managing or implementing internal communication platforms preferred
Experience with change management and technology
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, technology or related field
Skills:
Writing
Content Management Systems for Intranets and Websites
SharePoint, Sitecore, Social Chorus, Dynamic Signal or First Up experience a plus
Strategic project management
Strong proven experience in content management systems for intranets or websites on a global platform
Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
