Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and build a team of high performing marketing professionals
Create a demand generation process that converts marketing tactics into sales qualified leads, in support of sales efforts and revenue goals. Leads demand gen effectiveness efforts, in close alignment with sales organization and needs. Implement improvement processes to deliver the highest quality leads that maximize lead conversion rates.
Lead the development and ongoing execution of a new Americas website strategy, in coordination with the global marketing operations team
Oversee the utilization of marketing analytics to provide insight into overall market dynamics, market segmentation & sales targeting efforts, as well as marketing communication effectiveness.
Responsible for all back-end marketing processes, with support from a team of marketing specialists. Includes all Sunshine Act requirements, federal government reporting regulations, Advertisement & Promotion back end process support, and marketing budget across Americas.
Leads data strategy development and infrastructure deployment, including marketing process governance
Ensures the successful planning and execution of all marketing events, including tradeshows, webinars, CE efforts, and Americas sales meeting, within budget. Tracks the performance of external events against ROI and recommends the appropriate mix of tradeshow attendance each year.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 6 years’ experience in marketing or related field
Experience leading a marketing operations function, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Demand generation and website experience required.
