DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Contributes to the organization and creation of platform content, optimization, reporting/analytics, content development and updates to assigned social media channels working with external and internal partners
Communicates with various departments across NOA to coordinate the creative development process for social media and original content projects
Develops and maintains content production schedules to ensure all materials are delivered on time
Gathers feedback/direction from stakeholders (i.e. legal, design, advertising, social, etc.) and consolidates for the team. This includes ensuring all relevant approvals have been provided before assets are posted on social channels.
Collects art assets, style guides, product information and other materials for creative development and distributes to agency and influencer partners.
Supports with ad-hoc report preparation
Assists with content posting, including scheduling, creating thumbnails and copy and preparing metadata for optimal performance on respective channels
Prepares reports and presentations. May be required to present reports and presentations to senior leaders, executive management team and headquarters
Follows NOA social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement
Provides occasional administrative support for team operations by owning internal meetings, setting up calls, drafting and routing calendars and project schedules
Other duties as assigned
SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of public relations, social media, consumer marketing and/or digital content production experience
Intermediate understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and other emerging platforms - both as a marketer and as a user
Project management experience with a strong understanding of content development/production processes
Strong writing, editing and communications skills
Experience writing and identifying quality social media content
Strong technical background with advanced computer skills
Knowledge of graphic design best practices, principles and software is a plus
Training and basic experience with non-linear video editing and graphic design programs (Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Studio) is a plus
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, a related field, or equivalent preferred
