Description
Humana's Corporate Marketing Organization is looking for a CRM Marketing Professional 2 to join the Stars & Neighborhood Centers Marketing Team working remote. The Marketing and Stars teams are focused on the well-being of our members and we believe there's a role for us to play as a well-being partner who will empower customers to live a life that's healthy, active and rewarding. We are looking for a CRM Marketing Professional who can help us manage and develop communications to engage members to help them improve their health behaviors.
Responsibilities
As a CRM Marketing Professional, you will work side-by-side with team leaders and Stars business partners to understand business goals for our outreaches, assist the team in executing strategies to meet those objectives, work with marketing partners on flawless execution and measure success so we can continuously improve our efforts. As a CRM Marketing Professional 2 you will:
Consult with business partners and develop communications solutions for our members
Provide input on communications strategies and implement campaigns for one of the company's top business priorities: encouraging our consumers to make smart healthcare choices
Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Play a key role with other team members to achieve Stars and Group Medicare business goals
Manage multiple high-profile programs
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience implementing projects or campaigns, demonstrated examples of being a well-organized, collaborative team member and experience leveraging multiple communication channels (direct mail, live agent, digital messaging, etc.) to drive customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or communications related field (marketing leadership, project management, business strategy, etc.)
Experience working with copywriters, graphic designers and print/email/phone vendors
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and implement projects/campaigns
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Excellent copywriting skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in marketing, communications or related field
Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs
Experience in a results-oriented marketing and communications environment
Experience working in an agile team environment
Additional Requirements
Covid-19 Vaccine/Testing Requirement
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home. We are a healthcare company committed to putting health and safety first for our members, patients, associates, and the communities we serve.
If progressed to offer, you will be required to:
Provide proof of full vaccination OR
Commit to weekly testing, following all CDC protocols, OR
Provide documentation for a medical or religious exemption consideration
This policy will not supersede state or local laws. Requests for these exemptions should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled first day of work.
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
Travel
Based on current guidance from the CDC, local and state governments, and Humana leadership related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak have extended travel restrictions until further notice. The policy will be reassessed as the situation warrants. Once these restrictions are lifted this role may require quarterly travel for anyone not located in Louisville, KY.
